Custom Heat Transfer Pricing

Screen Printed Transfers

Pricing for screen printed transfers is based on:

• sheet size (gang sheet or single image)
• quantity
• number of ink colors
• transfer type
• source of artwork (your artwork or if you customize our layouts)

Additional charges

• Rush Fee: $25 per color, per screen print order (must be in before 3 pm ET and is for a 1 day rush; under 500 sheets) No rushes are available on Goof Proof Single Image orders.
  $40 flat rate for AquaTru^® transfers.
• Color Match: $40 per color, per order
• Cut Charge: $0.20 per image to cut images apart
• Color Change: $20 per color, per order (same transfer type)

Jumbo sheets available for Goof Proof, Hot Split Retro, and Elasti Prints

Full Color Transfers

UltraColor Max^™ pricing is calculated by rounding up to the nearest whole inch for total square inches. (Example: 4" x 2.12" = 8.48" --- rounds up to 9" x $0.06 = $0.54)

• Get UltraColor Max™ direct to film transfers as low as $0.04 per square inch when you order in Gang Sheets! Available in two sheet sizes - a small and large sheet. The more you order, the more you save with quantity price breaks at 1, 10, and 25+.

UltraColor^® - Additional charges

• Rush Fee: $25 per order (must be in before 3 pm ET and is for a 1 day rush; under 500 pieces) No rushes are available on UltraColor Max™ orders.
• Art Proof: $26 art proof with two revisions for additional artwork preparation requests
• Additional Turnaround: Single customer order limit is $1,000 for next day shipping. Orders, individual or combined, totaling more than $1,000 will require additional business days for production. See full turnaround schedule.

CAD-PRINTZ Decals/Window Decals- Additional charges

• $25 minimum on all orders
• Rush Fee: $25 per order (must be in by 12 pm ET and is for a 1 day rush; under 500 pieces)
• If additional artwork preparation is required, art charges will apply.
