Screen Printed Transfers
Goof Proof
- Materials: applies to cotton, polyester, or cotton/poly blends
- Pre-Press: 3-5 seconds to remove moisture from the garment
For Single Color - 100% Cotton and Cotton/Poly Blends
- Time: 4-6 seconds
- Temperature: 365°F
- Pressure: Medium/Firm 6-8 (60-80 psi)
- Peel: Hot (peel immediately)
For Single Color - 100% Polyester
- Time: 10-12 seconds
- Temperature: 325-335°F
- Pressure: Medium/Firm 6-8 (60-80 psi)
- Peel: Hot (peel immediately)
For Multi Color - Cotton, Polyester, Cotton/Poly Blends
- Time: 10 seconds
- Temperature: 365°F
- Pressure: Medium/Firm 6-8 (60-80 psi)

- Peel: Cold (may take several minutes to cool completely)
Glow-in-the-Dark
- Materials: applies to cotton, polyester, or cotton/poly blends
- Pre-Press: 3-5 seconds to remove moisture from the garment
- Time: 10 seconds
- Temperature: 340°F
- Pressure: Medium/Firm 6-8 (60-80 psi)
- Peel: Warm (wait 3-5 seconds, then peel)
Puff
- Materials: applies to cotton or cotton/poly blends
- Pre-Press: 5 seconds to remove moisture from the garment
- Time: 8 seconds
- Temperature: 340°F
- Pressure: Medium/Firm 6-8 (60-80 psi)
- Peel: Hot (peel immediately with no hesitation)
Reflective
- Materials: applies to cotton, polyester, cotton/poly blends
- Pre-Press: 3-5 seconds to remove moisture from the garment
- Time: 15 seconds
- Temperature: 315°F

AquaTru

- Temperature: 100% cotton 325°F ; all other fabrics 290°F

UltraColor Pro

- Peel: Hot (peel immediately within 1-2 seconds, with no hesitation while still on the press)

UltraColor Stretch
- Materials: applies to cotton, polyester, cotton/poly blends, spandex, Lycra®, woven nylon
- Pre-Press: 3-5 seconds to remove moisture from the garment
- Time: 12-15 seconds
- Temperature: For 100% polyester & synthetics: 290-320°F. For cotton, cotton/poly blends: 340-360°F.
- Pressure: Medium 5-7 (50-70 psi)
- Peel: Cold (may take several minutes to cool completely)
UltraColor Stretch with Blocker
- Materials: applies to cotton, polyester, cotton/poly blends, spandex, Lycra®, woven nylon, sublimated polyester
- Pre-Press: 3-5 seconds to remove moisture from the garment
- Time: 12-15 seconds
- Temperature: For 100% polyester & synthetics: 290-320°F. For cotton, cotton/poly blends: 340-360°F.
- Pressure: Medium 5-7 (50-70 psi)
