Transfer Express® accepts a variety of payment methods. If you have questions regarding payment, please contact 1-800-521-4393.

Payment Methods:

Credit Cards: Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships.

Credit Card declines: A declined credit card may cause a delay in shipping your order. You will be notified of any orders in which a credit card payment has been declined. Transfer Express must hear from you by 4 p.m. (EST) to ensure that the shipment remains on schedule. Shipments will be held until the following day if you contact Transfer Express after 4 p.m. (EST).

Net 30 Account - application required - Download application

Past due Net 30 Accounts: A 1.5% per month charge will be added to past due accounts. Use of a credit card on a Net 30 Account will be charged at the time of shipment.

NSF Fees: Returned checks are subject to a minimum fee of $25.00.

Deposits: Most orders over $750.00 require a 50% deposit. Upon our discretion, other orders may require a deposit.

For Canadian Customers:
Orders are subject to applicable GST/HST taxes. For Canadian customers approved for Net 30 terms, invoices are in U.S. dollars.
