Order Questions

We do not have minimums for apparel orders.

Order Status

  • As soon as you submit your order it is processed. At that point your credit card is charged, and we are unable to make changes.
  • We do not offer exchanges. Orders must be returned and a new order placed for the desired products.

  • 99% of all orders are shipped same day if placed by 3 PM EST, excludes weekends and holidays
  • We currently offer 2 options to ship your order
    • UPS Ground – Will typically arrive in 1-3 business days
    • UPS NDA – Will arrive by 5 PM the next business day
  • We do not offer a UPS Saturday delivery option
  • UPS does not deliver on holidays - View Holiday Schedule
  • We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses
  • Apparel is shipped to the Continental US only

Returns & Refunds

  • All claims or requests for returns must be made within 30 days of receipt
  • All returns must be authorized by Stahls’ Transfer Express prior to return
  • Once authorized, you will receive a return authorization number (RA#) and an email with your UPS shipping label
  • Return are processed within 10 day business days of being received
  • Returns - It is your responsibility to check for discrepancies or defects in an order before any alterations or embellishments are made. Returns must be authorized by Stahls’ Transfer Express in advance. Claims for returns for defective Goods must be made in accordance with the warranties in Stahls’ Transfer Express’s General Terms & Conditions of Sale. Altered or embellished garments, excluding irregulars, are not returnable. Authorized returns must be accompanied by a return authorization form or number from Stahls’ Transfer Express. Returns without original corresponding invoice number(s) will be credited at the lowest published price.
  • Cancelled Orders - Cancelled orders or returns of unwanted merchandise must be approved in advance and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus applicable shipping charges. Merchandise that is not Stahls’ Transfer Express’s will be returned to you at your expense or disposed of by Stahls’ Transfer Express. Discontinued or close-out items are not returnable. All returns must be prepaid. Please contact Stahls’ Transfer Express Customer Service for a return authorization and shipping address.
