Please check transfers carefully before heat-applying.
First, place the garment on platen, heat press for 3-5 seconds or until there is no more steam to remove wrinkles and moisture. Ensure there are no obstructions such as buttons, pockets, or seams. If there are, raise only the print area with Print Perfect Pad.
Remove the backing paper from the transfer. You should be left with the transfer on a clear plastic carrier.
Place the transfer on the garment (Image side up - You should be able to read it). Close the heat press and heat for 20 seconds.
Pause 5 seconds, then peel off the clear plastic carrier quickly in a smooth, even motion.
The recommended time, temperature, and pressure settings are for Stahls' Hotronix® heat press machines. Settings on other heat presses may vary.
What is sublimation?
Sublimation is a process sometimes used to add color to polyester items. When using heat, the dye process is reactivated making the dye migrate. CAD-PRINTZ® Sub Block prevents this dye migration.
