Custom Heat Transfer Pricing

Screen Printed Transfers

Pricing for screen printed transfers is based on:

• sheet size (gang sheet or single image)
• quantity
• number of ink colors
• transfer type
• source of artwork (your artwork or if you customize our layouts)

Additional charges

• Rush Fee: $25 per color, per screen print order (must be in before 1 pm ET and is for a 1 day rush; under 500 sheets) No Rushes for Goof Proof^® Premium Single Image or Goof Proof^® Single Image.
  $40 flat rate for AquaTru^® transfers.
• Color Match: $40 per color, per order. No Color Matches for Goof Proof^® Premium Single Image or Goof Proof^® Single Image.
• Cut Charge: $0.20 per image to cut images apart
• Color Change: $20 per color, per order, same transfer type. No Color Changes for Goof Proof^® Premium or Goof Proof^® Single Image.

Jumbo sheets available for Goof Proof, Hot Split Retro, Elasti Prints, and Puff.

Full Color Transfers

UltraColor Max^™ pricing is calculated by rounding up to the nearest whole inch for total square inches. (Example: 4" x 2.12" = 8.48" --- rounds up to 9" x $0.06 = $0.54)

• Get UltraColor Max™ direct to film transfers as low as $0.03 per square inch when you order in Gang Sheets! Available in two sheet sizes - a small and large sheet. The more you order, the more you save with quantity price breaks.

UltraColor^® - Additional charges

• Rush Fee: $25 per order (must be in before 1 pm ET and is for a 1 day rush; under 500 pieces) No rushes are available on UltraColor Max™ orders.
• Art Proof: $26 art proof with two revisions for additional artwork preparation requests
• Additional Turnaround: Single customer order limit is $1,100.00 for same day shipping on UltraColor Max™ orders. Orders, individual or combined, totaling more than $1,100.00 will require additional business days for production. See full turnaround schedule.
• EasyRip™ Service: available for $0.20 per image on UltraColor Max™ orders greater than $149 up to $299.99. UltraColor Max™ orders $300+ get EasyRip™ for free! Single image orders will be perforated by the image for easy tear-apart, or gang sheets will be perforated by the sheet. EasyRip™ adds 1 additional day to production time.
• Free Ground Shipping: UltraColor Max™ orders totaling more than $149 in the same cart! If needed sooner than ground, 2-day Speedy Air flat rate $15 is still available.

Decals/Window Decals- Additional charges

• $25 minimum on all orders
• Rush Fee: $25 per order (must be in by 1 pm ET and is for a 1 day rush; under 500 pieces)
• If additional artwork preparation is required, art charges will apply.
